The Great Deal with the Villagers!
We've just arrived from visiting our fellow church members. It's really a tiresome day. But we are all happy. We sent our young people to their respective places after we finished our four-day activities. It was really awesome because we had a great time learning many things and experiencing wonderful experiences while we were having our association rally. And now we are tired!
'How can we get home?' asked one of our youth. I said to her she doesn't have to worry about it because we plan to send them home for one reason that they have to prepare something for us when we get there. The deal ran smoothly and we left.
How we treat each other
It was really a long, long trip. We used motorcycle as our transportation. On the way we passed small trails because they live in a village. The sky is our canopy and hills and mountains are our walls. The summer sun shines so bright that it was really a hot day. We didn't mind how hard we went through because the deal always flashes in my mind.

'How long?' my friend asked. It was his first time to get there and he was so excited. 'Don't worry.' I said. 'Where do they live?', he added. 'There!' Pointing the place using my lips. In my place if somebody uses his lips to point something, don't expect it's near. You couldn't magine how far that is. And we arrived safely.
Almost everybody in the village welcomed us warmly, warmer than the heat of the day. The children never stop hugging me. They are already preparing something as what we dealt, three native chickens to be cooked with young papaya and lemon grass and buko(young coconuts). We talked for almost four hours with laughters and tears (of joy). We ate together. Spent time together as if there's no tomorrow. And it's time to say goodbye. And we left with our hearts and stomachs full There's no empty room anymore for dinner.
Their uniqueness
Filipinos' strong family ties is what makes them unique. When they spend time together it seems as if they had never met for a long time. Though they always spend time with each other. That's probably one of the factors it's hard for us improve our economy. But I do believe that in every coin there are two sides. It's may be hard for us to climb the ladder to compete globally when it comes to economic growth but it's also hard for us low down our value of being a member of each family we belong to.
